ひとつずつ丁寧に制作・発送を行っています。

To ensure quality and uniqueness, all Undercade items are crafted with care and detail, and are produced in limited quantities or made-to-order.

返品・交換について

Returns & Exchanges

Undercadeの商品は、原則として返品・交換をお受けしておりません。
サイズ違いやイメージの相違など、お客様都合によるご対応はいたしかねます。
また、サイズ交換も不可となりますので、ご注文前にサイズ・仕様を必ずご確認ください。

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
Size changes or changes of mind will not be accepted.
Please make sure to check all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

商品の仕様・個体差について

Product Specifications & Variations

製造工程や素材の特性上、若干の個体差（プリント位置・縫製など）が生じる場合がございます。

これらは不良品ではなく、商品の特性としてご理解いただけますと幸いです。

Due to the nature of materials and production processes, minor variations such as print placement or stitching may occur.
These are not considered defects, but part of the product's unique character.

また、ギャラリーの写真については製作段階のものであり、実際の到着品は素材などの兼ね合いでパッチワークなど変動がある場合があります。

The photos shown in the gallery were taken during the production stage.
Please note that due to material availability and adjustments during final manufacturing, there may be minor variations in elements such as patchwork placement or texture in the delivered item.

We appreciate your understanding that these variations are part of the product's unique character.

発送・お届けについて

Shipping & Delivery

発送・お届けについて
商品は国内外の拠点より順次発送されます。
商品ページに記載された発送予定日から起算し、3週以内程度の発着としてご確認ください。
複数の商品を同時にご注文された場合、すべて揃い次第の一括発送となる場合がございます。
なお、発送通知は海外拠点を出荷した時点で配信されますので、国内到着までにお時間をいただく場合がございます。

Our products are shipped from both domestic and overseas locations.
Please refer to the estimated shipping schedule listed on each product page, with delivery expected within approximately three weeks from the stated shipping date.
When multiple items are ordered together, they may be shipped as one package once all items are ready.
Please note that shipping notifications are issued when items leave our overseas facilities, and additional time may be required before they arrive in your country.

キャンセルについて
Cancellation Policy

ご注文確定後のキャンセルは、原則としてお受けしておりません。未発送の状態であれば、可能な限り対応いたしますので、できるだけお早めにご連絡ください。

ただし、以下の場合はキャンセルをお受けできないことがございます：

商品の製作・梱包・発送手続きが開始された場合

別途記載の特別な販売条件がある商品（限定商品や受注生産など）

キャンセルに関するご要望はまずカスタマーサポートまでご連絡ください。状況によっては返品対応や交換でのご案内となる場合がございます。
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are generally not accepted. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests—please contact us as soon as possible.

However, cancellations may not be accepted in the following cases:

Production, packing, or shipping processes have already begun

Items sold under specific conditions (limited editions, made-to-order, etc.)

Please contact customer support first if you wish to cancel; depending on the situation we may offer a return or exchange instead.
